How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Worked in the field and got tired of failing waterproofing systems and so I started Basement Detective as the solution. We have not had a leak yet!!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We tell customers what works and let them decide for themselves what they would like to do. Clean, friendly and professional crews.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one main location. Regarding the question of expansion: Growth doesn't equal success, but doing every job right does!
What type of payments do you accept?
