Scandia World Travel provided a great deal of help during our recent trip to Germany and Prague. They worked to change our tickets from Turkish Airlines to Lufthansa after the incident at Ataturk Airport in June and helped to change them yet again (after they spent hours on hold) on our return so we could avoid Istanbul on our return trip after the coup attempt. And we discovered that Le Palais Hotel in Prague upgraded us at no cost to their only Balcony Suite after Scandia told them that our trip was to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and had a bottle of wine and snacks waiting in our room. They made this trip safe and special for our family!
