I own an organic farm and the next logical phase was to introduce people to creative eating habits using the farm as the pantry.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We were pioneers in the movement of farm to table. We offer a beautiful venue, a pure farm (from our farm) to table experience. We grow a large majority of the food that is used in the restaurant and we delight in supporting local farmers and artisan producers.
