Jimmy Brothers Floors is awful. They refinished my hardwood floors and they're worse now than before. Something happened during the drying process and bubbles were created all over the floor. As a result, the finish flaked off like the glaze on Crispy Creme donut! I called them repeatedly without any response. When I finally got someone to call me back, she argued with me about what I had done to cause the floors to scratch. I have dogs, but my floors never "flaked" like that. She finally sent someone out and when they say the floors and started to sand them, they realized something had gone wrong during the drying process. The finish just kept flaking off. THey agreed to refinish them at no charge, but when it was done, we had the same problem!!!!! The bubbles were there again. I don't think the guys who did this job knew what they were doing. They sanded and did another coat to get rid of the bubbles, but the floor still flaked. I never had them back to fix it. I was so frusrated at that point. And, the inconvenience of moving out of my house for weeks was just too much. The owner never contacted me about it. I dealt with an office manager who knew nothing about customer service.
