Pendleton Homes & Remodeling is hassle free. With other contractors there is often the “hassle factor” with small additions or kitchens taking up to a year to complete. Our professional procedure from the design contract ratification to the final completion of warranty service is reason enough for many of our clients to contract with us. We take extra measures to ensure that your remodeling experience is as clean and pleasant as can be. We are also certified, as law requires, to work in most lead paint environments.
Remodelers cannot stay in business by charging too much, or too little. Past experience has taught us that in most cases, whether Pendleton Homes & Remodeling or others perform the services, the eventual cost of your remodeling work adds up to our initial ballpark cost. Higher costs are unnecessary, and lower priced estimates end up costing even more because of undisclosed extras and unwarranted maintenance which is required within the first three to six years.

Many of the houses were designed by me, and much of my work has been hands-on. I have always personally investigated problems, determined their solutions, and seen to it that the proper corrections were made. This added expertise allows us to better do the countless little things that reduce maintenance problems from causes such as water and dampness, settlement, and expansion and contraction. Pendleton Homes & Remodeling has performed hundreds of remodeling jobs ranging in scope from several hundred dollars, to custom whole house remodeling projects at upwards of seven hundred thousand dollars.
